Hi I’m Hayley and I have been pole dancing for 15 years now and teaching for 10. I love my job as I am able to help people find their confidence and love for pole dancing.
I grew up in Exeter and had a good childhood lucky to have two great parents.
I started working in the clubs.
I really enjoyed competing in pole competitions, it pushes me to be gain more strength and flexibility. I am still holding out for a win! Have been 2nd and 3rd lots of times!
Yes it does get bad press, but the industry has grown and now pole has become a large part of the sports industry in the UK and all over the world, people taking part in pole for fitness, as well as the sexy stripper style routines. (This has become very popular in the last year).
I did a shoot with Kelsea at my studio in Torquay, then a few more shoots with Roger Holmes and eventually worked with lots of local photographers.
You should stretch regularly and before and after exercises.
Yes we did a couples shoot with Scott Williams and one with Roger Holmes he then decided to do some on his own.
