Growing up in northern England has been the making of me and I’m proud to come from a northern town where bread meets butter and everyday living brings its challenges yet our people are real and salt of the earth. Proud Yorkshireman. :)
The obesity epidemic I trust has risen no end over the past decade with the influx of the smartphone, online deliveries and food apps. Not to mention the poor manufactured nutrition and I would say the UK today would find themselves often malnourished failing to eat enough whole foods.
